Nintendo DS

I'd like a Nintendo DS (new handheld system), but there aren't any games I really want for it, so it'd be silly to get for Christmas... unless by Christmas they've hacked the thing already. I mean, thats only a month, but with the thing having like a million pre-orders it seems entirely possible.
